New LabVIEW Driver for FASTFLIGHT-2

We are pleased to announce the release of a LabVIEW driver for our FASTFLIGHT-2 digital signal averager.

The driver uses the ActiveX ICS server interface that is supplied as part of the standard FASTFLIGHT-2 applications software to control the instrument and display the data from within the LabVIEW environment. Standard "Getting Started" and "Front Panel" example VI’s are included, with the latter allowing both data curves and complete instrument setting profiles to be stored to and recalled from disk; displayed curves can also be printed. The driver is available in two versions, one for LabVIEW 7.1, and the other for LabVIEW 8.2

Precision Optical Choppers...

SIGNAL RECOVERY optical choppers use a phase locked loop to deliver frequency accuracy and stability that is way ahead of competing products.

Naturally the choppers will operate in the manual mode, where their frequency is set using digital push-button controls and they output a reference signal at the same frequency. But they can also be used in the external reference mode, where the chopping frequency locks to an applied reference signal, making it easy to implement computer control of chopper frequency, as well as experiments requiring two or more choppers that are phase locked together.

With models offering frequencies from 15 Hz to 3.2 kHz, and self-contained or remote single- or dual-beam chopper heads, you’re sure to find one that meets your needs. Click here for details
